Men's FIRST Groups

Men’s FIRST Groups are small gatherings of men who desire to grow in their spiritual walk. They are a further extension of living out our mission of learning to Put Jesus First in each of our lives. Men meet once a week in a confident environment of deep friendship, honesty, prayer, and Bible study. Meetings take place in homes for a relaxed atmosphere.

FIRST Study Groups

FIRST Study Groups are small gatherings of men’s, women’s, and mixed groups who desire to grow in their knowledge of the Bible while enjoying the fellowship of others at the same time. These are a further extension of living out our mission of learning to Put Jesus First in each of our lives. These groups meet once a week in homes for an in depth study on books of the Bible or Bible related topics. These groups typically meet in the spring and fall, though some meet through the summer as well.

FPU - Financial Peace University

We are committed to helping our church family get a better handle on their finances because we a realize that people who find themselves chained with financial issues struggle with other family and spiritual challenges as well. Crippling debt has casualties. This is a further extension of living out our mission of learning to Put Jesus First in our church.

To that end, we offer a 13-week course called Financial Peace University, a life-changing program that teaches you how to make the right decisions with your money. You'll be empowered with the practical skills and confidence needed to achieve your financial goals and experience true financial peace!

Each of the 13 lessons deals with a different topic that will change the way you think about personal finance. Author and syndicated radio host Dave Ramsey teaches about how to save money, live on a budget, communicate about money, eliminate debt, find bargains, and experience the joy of giving. Since this course has a copyright, there is an initial cost for the member kit.

As side benefit are the people you get to know during this course who are just like you, These courses are offered at least once a year.

Sunday School

Sunday School has always been a foundation ministry of this church. It is a way for all of us - adults, youth and children - to grow in our knowledge and love of God by learning, praying, and spending time with each other.

Sunday School is still our largest ministry outside of Sunday morning worship. Why? Because it is the most popular forum for a systematic study of God’s Word in the church.

Classes for adults, youth, and children meet each Sunday at 9:00 a.m. before the morning worship.
